Running mahjong for 5
For 5 players you will need 1 table, one mahjong set, and 2 sheets of paper for the score cards (four to a page).
The chart says which table you sit at each round; seat winds and the dealer are settled at the table as usual. A round can be one game or a full wind, whatever suits your group.
Five is a classic mahjong number: four play while the fifth sits out, and the sitter changes every round. Over 5 rounds everyone sits out once.
