Running mahjong for 7
For 7 players you will need 2 tables, 2 mahjong sets, and 2 sheets of paper for the score cards (four to a page).
The chart says which table you sit at each round; seat winds and the dealer are settled at the table as usual. A round can be one game or a full wind, whatever suits your group.
Seven fills a table of 4 and a table of 3, so nobody sits out. The planner moves people between them so nobody is stuck at the three-handed table.
